    I was incarcerated in the late 70s to early 80s, it was a way for the state to house convicted needy people that the state, simply did the outa site outa mind!! Then when time to release came, they said we rehabilitated them what now. What a rude joke with NO punch line!! What a system. Start at the beginning and try harder this time do unto others as you d have done to you.
