Mike Cox prosecuted cop David Krupinski, who killed Errol Shaw, a deaf man with a rake, in 2000. Cox’s subordinates attended fundraisers for Krupinski. Cox later became a right-wing, pro-choice, anti-affirmative action state attorney general.

    I remember when this happened. The prosecutor sis such a bad job, I’m surprised he wasn’t thrown out the court room. It was obvious Mile Cox was way out of his league. If I didn’t know any better, I’d swear Mike lost that case on purpose. I hadn’t seen a more incompetent prosecutor since a court room scene out of a Looney Tune cartoon. Mike should have taken lesson from the officer’s attorney. Now that guy wowed the court room.
